Dock Your Boat

Slip into our Dock Rentals now available to guests staying at Heat Hotel!

• Boat slip reservations may only be made by registered hotel guests during their dates of stay, maximum one slip per room.
• Boat slip reservations start at 4pm on arrival day and end at 12 noon on day of departure.
• Slips are suitable for boats up to 36' long. Other vessels are not permitted.
• Trailer parking is not available on site. Guests will need to coordinate trailer storage with boat launch location.
• All renters are required to sign a waiver prior to docking their boat at the front desk. 
• Slips may be cancelled 72 hours prior to arrival without penalty. Cancellations received within the cancellation period are subject to a fee of one nights rental.
• Rates will vary throughout the year.
